Beaucens Estate – Apartments in the Pavillon des Sources & Maison Gisèle
1. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) define the terms of booking and stay in the apartments and the Maison Gisèle at Domaine de Beaucens.
All reservations imply the client's full and complete acceptance of these conditions.
2. Reservation
Reservations can be made online, by phone or by email.
It is considered confirmed after validation by the client and communication of their bank details.
Domaine de Beaucens reserves the right to refuse any reservation in the event of a prior dispute.
3. Prices
Prices are expressed in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (TTC), excluding tourist tax.
The tourist tax, set by current regulations, is the responsibility of the client.
The applicable rates are those in effect on the day of booking.
4. Payment terms
The payment for the stay depends on the package chosen at the time of booking:
Non-refundable offer – non-modifiable
The total amount for the stay is due at the time of booking.
This offer is firm, final and cannot be modified, cancelled or refunded for any reason whatsoever.
Flexible offer
No payment is required when booking.
A credit card imprint is required as a guarantee.
The client authorizes Domaine de Beaucens to debit the total amount of the stay from the bank card provided in accordance with the conditions defined below.
The customer certifies that they are the cardholder and have the necessary authorizations.
5. Cancellation and modification
Any request for cancellation or modification must be made in writing.
Non-refundable offer – non-modifiable
No cancellations, modifications or refunds will be granted.
Flexible offer
The customer can modify or cancel their reservation free of charge up to 15 days before the arrival date.
Starting 15 days before the arrival date:
- the total amount of the stay becomes fully due
- This amount is automatically debited from the bank card provided
In case of no-show, the entire stay will be due and charged.
For bookings made through a partner website, cancellations must be made through that website. The applicable cancellation policies are those of the partner and may differ from those of Domaine de Beaucens.
In the event of interruption of the stay before the originally scheduled departure date, the entirety of the reserved stay will remain due as compensation.
6. Arrival and departure
Arrivals are from 4:00 PM.
Early check-in between 1:30 pm and 4:00 pm may be available for an additional fee of €25 for apartments and €100 for the Gisèle house, subject to availability. Please contact reception in advance.
You can check in at the reception desk of the Domaine de Beaucens hotel from 4pm to 8pm.
Keys and access codes are provided upon arrival at the property. For late arrivals, specific procedures will be explained to the client. Please contact us.
Accommodation must be vacated by 11:00 am on the day of departure.
Any departure beyond the scheduled time may result in the charge of an additional night.
7. Use of premises
The client agrees to respect the peaceful nature of the premises and the equipment made available to them.
The maximum occupancy capacity indicated for each accommodation must be strictly respected.
Any damage or inappropriate behavior may result in additional charges or exclusion without refund.
8. Children and additional equipment
Children under 2 years old stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
Baby cots can be provided free of charge, upon request and subject to availability.
Depending on the accommodation layout, an extra bed may be offered at an additional cost and subject to availability.
9. Animals
Animals are not allowed.
10. Responsibility and Personal Effects
The apartments and the Maison Gisèle are equipped with safes allowing guests to secure their valuables.
Domaine de Beaucens declines all responsibility in case of loss, theft or damage to personal belongings not deposited in these facilities or left unattended.
The customer must inform the establishment of any damage they cause and will bear the costs of repair.
11. Housing Equipment
The layout, design and equipment of the accommodations cannot be modified without prior authorization.
It is forbidden to move furniture or bring in additional equipment without prior agreement from the establishment.
Any item belonging to Domaine de Beaucens not returned after departure may be charged at the replacement rate.
12. Maintenance and cleaning
Cleaning is provided before each arrival and after each departure.
Specific arrangements may be offered for longer stays.
The client is prohibited from carrying out repairs in the accommodations themselves.
In the event of intentional or unintentional damage, the Domaine de Beaucens may demand full reimbursement of the costs of repair.
An additional cleaning fee of €60 may be charged in the event of an abnormally high level of dirtiness requiring specific intervention.
13. Use of common areas
The customer must under no circumstances obstruct the common areas or emergency exits with personal belongings, luggage, bicycles or any other object.
14. No smoking
In accordance with current regulations, smoking or vaping is prohibited inside the accommodations.
Restoration and immobilization fees may be charged in the event of non-compliance with this prohibition.
15. Access to the Domaine's facilities
Reservations for the apartments and Maison Gisèle do not include access to the hotel's gym or indoor pool, unless otherwise stated at the time of booking.
Guests of Maison Gisèle have access to the house's outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi. Their use remains entirely at the guests' own risk. Children must be supervised by their parents.
16. Internal Regulations
To ensure the comfort, safety and tranquility of all customers, internal regulations are available.
This one is available for consultation:
- on the Domaine de Beaucens website
- via the QR code located in the accommodations
- at reception
All bookings and stays imply acceptance of and compliance with the establishment's internal regulations.
17. Video surveillance
For security reasons, the surroundings and exterior of the estate are under video surveillance, in accordance with applicable regulations regarding the protection of personal data.
18. Force majeure
Domaine de Beaucens cannot be held responsible for the non-performance or improper performance of its obligations in the event of force majeure.
19. Personal data
The data collected during bookings is processed in accordance with the Domaine de Beaucens privacy policy.
Payment information is processed securely by specialized providers and is not stored directly by the establishment.
20. Disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority.
Failing that, the competent courts will be those of the jurisdiction of the registered office of Domaine de Beaucens.
